There are no direct flights from the USA to Rajasthan — you'll fly into Delhi first. Air India runs direct flights to Delhi from New York JFK (~14.5 hours), Chicago ORD (~15 hours), San Francisco SFO (~16 hours) and Washington DC IAD (~14 hours). One-stop options via Dubai (Emirates), Doha (Qatar Airways), London (British Airways) or Abu Dhabi (Etihad) are often cheaper. From Delhi, Jaipur is a 45-minute flight or 5-hour drive; Jodhpur and Udaipur are each about a 1 to 1.5-hour flight.
