Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Rajasthan Travel Agency. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making any booking with us. By confirming a booking or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

Booking Policy

To confirm any tour package, the following payment schedule generally applies:

• 30% of the total tour cost is required as an advance to initiate hotel reservations and other travel arrangements.
• 100% payment is required for flight tickets, train tickets, wildlife safaris, or any other services that require immediate confirmation.
• After confirmation of hotels and other services, an additional 20% payment may be requested.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 45 days before the tour commencement date, unless otherwise agreed.

For bookings made within 45 days of arrival, full payment may be required at the time of booking.

During peak travel periods such as 20 December to 5 January, Rajasthan Travel Agency reserves the right to request 100% advance payment for confirmation.

Tour Amendments

If you wish to modify your confirmed booking, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.

However:

• Changes are subject to availability.
• Hotels, airlines, railways, and other suppliers may impose amendment charges.
• Administrative service fees may apply.
• Some bookings may not be amendable after confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

Non-refundable services may include:

• Flight tickets
• Train tickets
• Wildlife safari permits
• Visa fees
• Monument tickets
• Special event tickets
• Hotel deposits marked non-refundable

Flight, Train & Safari Bookings

Airline tickets, railway tickets, safari permits, and other government-issued permits are governed by the cancellation rules of the respective authorities.

Rajasthan Travel Agency cannot guarantee refunds on these services once they have been confirmed.

Date changes, name corrections, or cancellations will depend entirely upon the policies of the respective airline, railway, or government department.

Peak Season Bookings

Bookings during festive and peak seasons (including Christmas, New Year, Diwali, Pushkar Fair, Desert Festival, and other special events) may carry special cancellation terms.

Many luxury hotels require non-refundable deposits, and refunds for such bookings will be subject to the hotel's individual policies.

Refund Policy

Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed after deducting:

• Cancellation charges
• Bank transaction fees
• Payment gateway fees
• Charges imposed by hotels, airlines, railways, safari authorities, or other suppliers

Refunds are generally processed within 15–30 working days after receiving the written cancellation request.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices are based on current government taxes, fuel prices, hotel tariffs, and transportation costs.

Rajasthan Travel Agency reserves the right to revise prices before confirmation if there are significant changes in taxes, exchange rates, fuel costs, or supplier charges.

Accommodation

Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.

If the selected hotel becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to provide accommodation of a similar category and standard.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel policies and availability.

Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess valid:

• Passport
• Visa (if applicable)
• Government-issued identification
• Travel permits
• Health documents, where required

Any losses arising from incorrect or incomplete documentation shall be the responsibility of the traveller.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that every traveller obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Medical emergencies
• Trip cancellation
• Personal accidents
• Loss of baggage
• Flight delays
• Emergency evacuation

Rajasthan Travel Agency does not provide travel insurance unless specifically mentioned.

Liability

Rajasthan Travel Agency acts only as an intermediary between travellers and independent service providers, including:

• Hotels
• Airlines
• Railways
• Transport operators
• Safari authorities
• Local guides

We shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, baggage loss, or service deficiencies caused by third-party providers.

Force Majeure

Rajasthan Travel Agency shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, loss, or additional expense arising due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Floods
• Earthquakes
• Landslides
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Government restrictions
• Political unrest
• Strikes
• Flight cancellations
• Road closures
• Weather conditions
• Technical failures

In such situations, we will make every reasonable effort to provide suitable alternatives; however, additional costs may be payable by the traveller.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of bookings made through Rajasthan Travel Agency shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajasthan, India.

Website Information

While every effort is made to keep information accurate and up to date, Rajasthan Travel Agency does not guarantee that all descriptions, itineraries, photographs, or prices displayed on the website will remain unchanged.

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, hotels, transportation, and pricing without prior notice whenever necessary.
